"Chief Ministergi Shotharabasingi Tengbang" is a Social Welfare Scheme by the Social Welfare Department, Govt. of Manipur. The scheme provides Free Travel & Concession to the Persons with Disabilities. All the Person with Disability who are a domicile of the State of Manipur & possess a Disability Certificate issued by competent authority are eligible to apply to this scheme. The Directorate of Social Welfare will issue a Pass Book to all the eligible beneficiaries for availing the benefits under the scheme.
