The Chief Minister Youth Sambal Scheme 2021 aims to provide unemployment benefits to graduate unemployed youth in Rajasthan, enhancing the previously implemented Chief Minister Youth Sambal Scheme 2019. This scheme is part of the state government's budget announcement for 2021-22 and will be effective from January 1, 2022. It is designed to connect unemployment benefits with skill development and employment opportunities.

- Monthly unemployment allowance of ₹3500for female and specially-abled applicants
- Financial assistance for a maximum period of two years or until employment/self-employment is achieved, whichever comes first

पात्रता
Applicants must be residents of Rajasthan and hold a graduate degree from a university established by law in the state. Women graduates married to residents of Rajasthan from other states are also eligible. Applicants should not be employed in government or private sectors and must not have any self-employment. The maximum age limit is 30 years for general applicants and 35 years for SC/ST, women, and specially-abled applicants. Applicants must be registered online at the local employment office before applying and should not be receiving any other benefits from any government scheme.

- Eligible candidates must apply online at the local employment office where they are registered.
- Upload the following documents:
- Self-declaration application form (Annexure-1)
- Domicile certificate
- Income certificate
- Bank passbook copy
- Educational qualification certificates
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Marriage certificate (for married women from outside Rajasthan)
- Notify the employment office if employment is obtained during the benefit period.
- Maintain continuous registration at the employment office.
