  • Interested beneficiaries must submit their proposal in an open meeting of the Gram Sabha. Once the proposal is approved, the beneficiary shall submit it to the Veterinary Officer, Livestock Extension Officer, or Gram Panchayat Development Officer of the respective area, or the Gram Panchayat may submit it on behalf of the beneficiary.
  • Based on the recommendation of the village-level selection committee, the final selection is made by the development block-level committee and forwarded to the Animal Husbandry Department. After selection, the beneficiary will receive funds for purchasing goats through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) within one to two months.
  • Applicants must submit Aadhaar card, bank account details, and caste certificate along with their proposal.
