Which workers will get benefits of this scheme?

This scheme will be effective on those building and other construction workers who are employed in building and other construction works and are registered as beneficiaries under section 12 of the Act and they have been issued identity card by the board and they pay their contribution regularly.

Who can Apply for this scheme?

1. Applicant should be a Resident of Rajasthan State. 2. Construction workers in the age group of 18 to 60 years will be eligible for this scheme. 3. Applicant should be registered as Construction Worker under labor laws.

Any kind of injury or Death or Accident avail the assistance to workers?

No assistance shall be payable in the event of death or injury caused by suicide or by consumption of drugs or substances or in case of death or injury caused by assault on one another in contravention of law for the purpose of committing an offence.

Which Documents Are Required To Apply For This Scheme?

1. Aadhaar Card and Jan Aadhaar Card. 2. Labor Card. 3. Death Certificate (in case of death by accident). 4. Medical examination report and police report (in case of disability due to accident). 5. Bank details.

How to apply?

1. In case of death of the beneficiary construction worker, his nominee/successor and in case of injury, the beneficiary himself will apply (attached format) to the concerned district labor office. 2. In case of death of the beneficiary construction worker, his nominee/successor and in case of injury, the beneficiary himself will apply to the concerned district labor office. 3. In case of death, the dependent / nominee to whom the assistance amount is payable, will have to submit an affidavit to the effect that the amount received will be used for all the dependents of the deceased beneficiary. 4. In case of death of the beneficiary, applications for getting assistance will be acceptable within a maximum period of one year from the date of deathIn the event of the beneficiary being injured in an accident, the application for getting assistance can be made within a maximum of 6 months from the date of the accident or the date of discharge from the hospital.
