Overview

The Indian Institute of Technology - Hyderabad is inviting bids for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a 125kVA Diesel Generating (DG) Set, along with associated cabling and civil works for the emergency operation of lifts in the Administration Building. This is an open tender aimed at enhancing the electrical infrastructure of the IIT Hyderabad campus.

Scope / Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a 125kVA Diesel Generating Set.
• Associated cabling and civil works for the emergency operation of four lifts in the Administration Building.
• The work must be completed within a period of 90 days.
• The project is located at the ADMIN Block, IIT Hyderabad campus, Kandi, Sangareddy.

Fees & EMD

• Tender Fee: There is no tender fee for this bid.
• EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): A fixed EMD of ₹27,600 is required, payable to the Indian Institute of Technology - Hyderabad. No exemptions are allowed for the EMD.
• Payment modes accepted include Direct Credit, Demand Draft, RTGS, FDR, NEFT, and Bank Guarantee.
