[Development of Four Wayside Amenities along Purvanchal Expressway] open

Overview

The U.P. Expressways Industrial Development Authority has issued an open tender for the development of four wayside amenities along the Purvanchal Expressway. Scope / Work

The scope of work includes the development of four wayside amenities located at:

• PE-2 Amethi
• PE-3 Sultanpur-LHS
• PE-4 Sultanpur-RHS
  The amenities will be developed under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, with a concurrent period of five years for defect liability period (DLP) and operation and maintenance (O&M). Bidders must refer to the RFP document for detailed pre-qualification criteria.

Fees & EMD

Bidders are required to pay a tender fee of ₹11,800, which must be paid offline through RTGS/NEFT to the UPEIDA in Lucknow. No exemptions for the tender fee are allowed. Additionally, a fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,15,24,822 is mandatory, with no exemptions permitted. The EMD must be submitted as part of the bid.
