Overview

The Directorate Of Municipal Administration is inviting bids for the construction of affordable housing comprising 116 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and 106 Middle-Income Group (MIG) units on land bearing S.No 32, located in Shirur Municipal Council, Pune, Maharashtra. This project is part of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) 2.0 under the Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) scheme, following the EPC Model-III CPWD guidelines.

Scope / Work
