The scheme "Vishesh Yogyajan Palanhar Yojana" was implemented by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan, aims to provide financial assistance for the upbringing and education of children of specially-abled parents. Under this scheme, children receive monthly financial support based on their age to ensure their well-being and education. To be eligible for assistance, the child must attend an Anganwadi/school between the ages of two to five years and study in school after the age of 6 years.
Benefits
- 1. Financial assistance of ₹500/- per month for children aged 0-6 years. 1. Financial assistance of ₹1,000/- per month for children aged 6-18 years

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan.
- Only children aged 0 to 18 years of specially-abled parents are eligible for assistance.
- The child must be between 2 to 5 years of age and enrolled in an Anganwadi or school.
- Children above the age of 6 must be studying in a recognized educational institution.
- The family's annual income should not exceed ₹1,20,000/-.

Step 1: The applicant should gather copies of the necessary documents needed to apply for the concerned scheme.
Step 2: The applicant should visit the nearest E-mitra Center and complete the Biometric Verification Process.
Step 3: The applicant should ensure that the E-mitra Center agent completes all mandatory fields in the application form and uploads copies of all required documents.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
