The scheme “Establishment and Operation of Entrepreneurship Development Centers” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to establish and operate Entrepreneurship Development Centers to provide structured training in entrepreneurship to students, women, and the general public of the state.

Application Process
Offline
- Tissue culture labs and hi-tech nurseries have been developed through the establishment of Harela Peeth at P. L. M. Sharma, Shri Dev Suman University campus, Rishikesh, and Sovan Singh Jeena University, Almora. Additionally, HARC was established in Naugaon, Uttarkashi, and CIMS, Dehradun, to facilitate high-quality spawn mushroom production and related training activities.
- The U-SERC Entrepreneurship Development Centre was set up in Satpuli, Pauri, to provide entrepreneurship development and self-employment-oriented training for students, regional women, and the general public.
- Benefits and training opportunities can be availed by contacting the respective Entrepreneurship Development Centre.
