Application Process

- The online application can be submitted through Shramik Suvidha Kendras.
- Along with the application form, applicants must attach a self-attested photocopy of their Shramik Card, Aadhaar Card, Self-Declaration Certificate, and a certificate confirming that no similar benefit has been availed from any other department.
- After verification during the departmental investigation, umbrellas are provided by the department.
- This benefit is available to each beneficiary only once in their lifetime.
