Details
The Sukhadi Yojana was initiated in 2013 to enhance the utilization of food grains and improve the calorie and protein intake of students from Balvatika and Class 1 to 8 in government, grant-in-aid, and primary schools. Sukhadi is served once a week, and the recipe has been approved by the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) and nutrition experts. It is prepared using wheat, jaggery, and oil.
