The scheme "Subsidized Scheme for Widows" by the Women & Child Development Department, Haryana Government, aims to provide financial assistance to Haryana-domiciled widows, divorced, and Legally Separated Women. Through this scheme, a subsidy on the total loan is provided. The scheme is covered without collateral security by the bank. The scheme is implemented by the Haryana Women Development Corporation.

Benefits

  • 1. A 25% flat subsidy subject to a maximum of ₹50 000/-
  • will be provided on the total loan (not as a capital subsidy). 1. The beneficiary& 39;s share is 10% of the total loan. 1. The maximum loan limit is ₹3 00 000/-. 1. The scheme will be covered under without collateral security by the bank. 1. The balance amount will be covered from commercial/nationalised banks. Mode of Disbursement: The balance amount will be covered from commercial/nationalised banks. Moratorium Period: The moratorium period will be three months after disbursement of the loan

Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a Haryana-domiciled widow, divorced, or a legally separated Woman.
  2. The applicant's annual income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/- per annum.
  3. The age of the prospective beneficiary should be between 18 and 55 years at the time of applying for the loan.

Exclusions

  1. No subsidy for interest accrued on a delayed period will be allowed in case of default of payment of EMI.

Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal: Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: For registration, click on “New User/Register Here” and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number & password. Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 3: Verify the OTP received in the provided Email and Mobile Number. Alternatively, click on the Verification Link to activate the profile.

Login to Apply for the Scheme:

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal: Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: The “Sign in here” option is available on the right side of the screen. Fill in the required credentials and click on the ‘Login’ button.
Step 3: In the opened window, click on “Scheme/Services list” and a list of schemes will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Now, select the scheme and click on “Apply for Service/Scheme”.
Step 5: Fill in all the details in the online application form and click on "Submit".
