Under this scheme, compensation is provided in case of injury or death due to an accident for students studying in government schools from classes 1 to 8 and 9 to 12.

Eligibility
Students studying in government schools from classes 1 to 8 and 9 to 12.
Application Process
Online
In case of death or other physical injury due to an accident, the claimant must submit the claim in the prescribed format to the head of the respective school. The head of the school must then present this form to the district-level officer of the State Insurance Department through the District Education Officer within three months.
