Details
The Stipend for Girls scheme provides financial assistance to girls studying in government schools from classes 1 to 12 who are affected by disabilities as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. This includes 21 categories of disabilities such as locomotor disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and autism. Eligible girls must have a disability of 40% or more and possess a disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority. The stipend is provided for a duration of 10 months at a rate of ₹200 per month.

Eligibility
