Details

Since 2018, the State Mountaineering Award Scheme has been in effect to honor adventurous mountaineers who have achieved exceptional feats in the field of mountaineering. Every year, mountaineers who have climbed 7000 meters once or more than 6000 meters twice and hold a certificate from the Director of the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (I.M.F.) are awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000, a momento, and a certificate.

Eligibility

Any individual who has climbed 7000 meters once or more than 6000 meters twice and holds a certificate from the Director of the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (I.M.F.) can apply.

Application Process

  • Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque
