Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
  2. The applicant must be an ex-serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force), their legal dependent, or a widow of an ex-serviceman (Veer Nari).

Application Process

Online

  • Firstly, the eligible candidates (ex-servicemen and their legal dependents) fill out the online application/enrollment form for the desired post on the UPNL website: www.upnl.co.in, based on their district, qualifications, and preferred location. - Based on the district-wise demand for posts received from various departments and the eligibility/qualification criteria for those posts, UPNL forwards the names of enrolled candidates with the relevant qualifications to the concerned department for selection, following district-wise and priority order of nomination.
  • As per the demand received from the department, UPNL sends the names of six enrolled candidates for each vacant post to the concerned department for consideration.
  • The final selection of candidates is made by the department according to its rules, and the information is subsequently communicated to UPNL.
