Details

The scheme provides financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 to trainees from socially and educationally backward classes for the pre-preparation of competitive examinations. This includes state-level and central-level exams conducted by various bodies such as the Gujarat Public Service Commission, Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board (GSSSB), State Police Recruitment, Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSB), as well as banking, railways, army recruitment, Central Police Forces (CRPF, BSF, CISF, etc.), and the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The payment will be made through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the trainees' bank accounts.

Eligibility

Students from socially and educationally backward classes preparing for competitive exams. Must have passed HSC. Individual and family income limit is Rs. 450,000.
