  • Within three months of the declaration of the results of the preliminary examination for Group 'A' and 'B' conducted by the State Public Service Commission or the Union Public Service Commission, and during the training period after passing the written examination for the Armed Forces, applicants must download the application form from the Higher Education Department’s website (https://he.uk.gov.in/) and attach the following documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank account details, Permanent residence certificate, Income certificate, High School/Intermediate/Graduate/Postgraduate/Equivalent educational certificates, Result and admit card of the preliminary examination (for State/Union Public Service Commission), Certificate and admit card of the written examination (for Armed Forces). - The completed application form, along with the above documents, must be submitted to the Directorate of Higher Education, Haldwani. Currently, the application process is offline.

After the preliminary scrutiny of applications at the Directorate level, a designated committee approves and releases an amount of ₹50,000.
