Details
The Directorate of Specially Abled Persons awards individuals and organizations working in the field of disability on International Day of Persons with Disabilities, December 3rd, every year. Awards are given in two categories: the best specially abled individuals and the best organizations, NGOs, offices, and agencies working for specially abled persons. Cash awards ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per individual/organization, along with a certificate of appreciation and a trophy, are provided.

Eligibility
- Selection by the State Level Selection Committee.
- Must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
Exclusions
Government and semi-government offices are not eligible for cash awards.

Applications are invited through advertisements in newspapers. Applicants must contact the District Officer of their district's Social Justice and Empowerment Department and submit their application in the prescribed format to the District Collector.
