- Visit Digital Gujarat to apply online.

- Aadhar Card
- Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Mark sheet of 12th Std.
- Passport Size Photos
- Ration Card
- School Leaving Certificate
- Self Attested Copy of Passport
- True Copy of Election Card
- True Copy of Electricity Bill
- True Copy of Telephone Bill
- Water Bill (not older than 3 months)
