- The applicant must be aged between 21 to 45 years.
- The applicant must have an annual income of less than or equal to ₹3,00,000/-.

Step 2: In the online application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Complete the Captcha code as prompted. Click the "Submit" button after verifying all information. Upon successful submission, a Confirmation Number will be generated. Carefully note this number, as it is essential for any future edits or uploads.
Step 3: Visit the official website or portal, and click "Print Application". Provide the mandatory details such as Scheme Name, Date of Birth, and Confirmation Number. Click "Submit" to generate the final printable version of your application. Save or print the document for your records.
