Youth from minority communities aged between 16 to 35 years.

To apply, visit the office of the District Minority Welfare Officer in the relevant district. Required documents include:
- Certificate of minority community
- Income certificate / BPL certificate
- Original residence certificate
- Aadhar card linked to the beneficiary's bank account
- Copy of PAN card
- Copy of Bhamashah card
- Passport-sized photo
- Copy of bank passbook and cancelled cheque.
