  • Income certificate / BPL certificate
  • Original residence certificate
  • Aadhar card linked to the beneficiary's bank account
  • Copy of PAN card
  • Copy of Bhamashah card
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Copy of bank passbook and cancelled cheque.
