The Skill Hub Initiative (PMKVY 4.0) focuses on creating a candidate-centric program by establishing an enabling ecosystem to address the emerging needs of various sectors. This initiative aims to utilize existing infrastructure and resources, such as trainers available at educational institutions, to set up skill hubs in government and private schools, colleges, universities (including Skill Universities), and other higher educational institutions.

Eligibility
Any student currently in Standard 8 can apply for this scheme. There are no income limits or social and economic standards specified.
