The Shri Vajpayee Bankable Yojana aims to provide self-employment opportunities to unemployed individuals in both urban and rural areas. This scheme is inclusive, allowing disabled and blind persons to benefit as well.

Benefits

  • - Subsidy on loan amount for various sectors:
  • Industries: 25% (Rural), 20% (Urban)
  • Service: 40% (Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Ex-servicemen/Women/Disabled)
  • Business: 75,000 (Rural), 60,000 (Urban) for General Category; 80,000 for Reserve Category
  • Maximum subsidy limit of ₹1,25,000for blind or handicapped individuals
