The Shravan Tirtha Darshan Yojana aims to provide darshan (spiritual visits) to senior citizens residing in the state of Gujarat. The scheme is designed to facilitate travel to religious places for those aged 60 years and above, ensuring they can experience spiritual journeys with ease and support from the state government.
Benefits
- - 75% reimbursement of luxury bus fare for groups of senior citizens aged 60 and above traveling to religious sites in Gujarat
- If using a private bus, reimbursement will be the lower of the actual fare or 75% of the fare
- Benefit available once a year, covering a maximum of 3 nights and 3 days of travel
- Daily allowance for food and lodging of ₹100(₹50for food and ₹50for lodging)
- Maximum total reimbursement of ₹300

Eligibility
