Details
The Shahidvir Kinariwaala Student Security Group Insurance Scheme provides financial protection to students in case of accidental death or permanent disability while studying in various universities, government or non-government colleges, Gram Vidyapeeth GBTC colleges, and technical education institutes across the state. The student or their guardian can claim a maximum protection amount of Rs. 1,00,000.
Benefits
- - Financial protection of up to Rs. 1,00,000 in case of accidental death or permanent disability 100% coverage for death or total disability caused by a woman 100% coverage for two or more personal or limb faults caused by a woman 5% coverage for one sighting and one personality due to female

Eligibility
Any student studying in colleges or technical institutes across the state can apply. There are no income limits or specific social and economic standards required.
Exclusions
Natural deaths and suicides are not covered under this scheme.
Application Process
Online
Students must submit the application form through their respective colleges to the office of the Higher Education Commissioner. Required documents include an Aadhar card, accident report, affidavit, bank passbook/cancelled cheque, bonafide certificate, death certificate, identity card, PAN card, passport-sized photos, and a PM report receipt of fees paid.
