The scheme "Scholarship to Undergo Advanced Training in the Field of Art" is a state-level cultural scheme by the Kala Academy, Department of Art and Culture, Government of Goa. The objective of the scheme is to provide facilities to Goan talented students to undergo advanced training in the field of various disciplines of Art, i.e. Indian Classical Music and Dance, Drama, Western Music, Folk Art, Puppetry, Painting, Sculpture, etc..

Eligibility
- The applicant should be from Goa.
- The applicant should be a student.
- The applicant should be in the age group of 16 to 30.

Application Process
Offline
Step 1: The applications are invited by releasing an announcement in local newspapers. The announcement consists of the proforma prescribed by the Kala Academy for application to the scholarship scheme.
Step 2: In the provided application form, the interested applicant should fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the supporting documents.
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Member Secretary, Kala Academy, Goa, Campal, Panaji.
Step 4: After proper scrutiny, the candidates are interviewed with practical demonstrations in performing arts for the ion.
*The Kala Academy reserves the right to the students for advance training.
