Scholarship for Children of Deceased/Disabled/Retired Government Employees
The objective of this scheme is to motivate children of government employees who are deceased, retired, or disabled. Under this scheme, scholarships ranging from ₹50/- to ₹250/- are provided to children of these government employees who are studying in Class 1 to Class 12 in government schools.

Details
The scheme "Scholarship for Children of Deceased/Disabled/Retired Government Employees" was launched by the School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to motivate children of government employees who are deceased, retired, or disabled. Under this scheme, scholarships ranging from ₹50/- to ₹250/- are provided to children of these government employees who are studying in Class 1 to Class 12 in government schools. To be eligible, students should not be beneficiaries of any other scholarship and must have passed their previous class.
Benefits
- Under this scheme, scholarships will be given at the following rates:-
- Class 1 to 5: ₹50/- per year for Boys and Girls students- Class 6 to 8: ₹120/- per year for Boys and Girls students- Class 9 to 12: ₹250/- per year for Boys and Girls students Note: The scholarship will be deposited directly into the student& 39;s bank account
Under this scheme, scholarships will be given at the following rates:-

Note: The scholarship will be deposited directly into the student's bank account.
Eligibility
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The student should be studying in Class 1 to Class 12.
- The student should be studying at a government school in Madhya Pradesh.
- The student should be the child of a deceased, disabled, or retired government employee.
- The student should not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship.
- The student must have passed the previous class.

- To avail of the benefits under this scheme, eligible students can contact the Principal of their respective government schools/institutions.
Note: The student's profile is entered on the education portal https://shikshaportal.mp.gov.in/ by the teacher of the educational institution as per the record/certificate provided by the student.
