Scheme to Provide Stipend to the Persons With Disabilities of the State for Poultry Training

The scheme "Scheme to Provide Stipend to the Persons With Disabilities of the State for Poultry Training" by the Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to provide financial assistance and capacity building to physically disabled individuals of the state by equipping them with poultry rearing skills. Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive a stipend of ₹2,000/- for participating in a 7-day training session on poultry farming conducted by the Intensive Poultry Development Unit. The initiative is designed to enhance income opportunities and livelihood development for the physically disabled population across Gujarat.

• Stipend Amount: ₹2,000/- per beneficiary.

• The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
• The applicant should be a person with physical disabilities, holding a valid PH Identity Card.
• The applicant should express interest in poultry rearing and be willing to attend the full 7-day training session.

> Registration Process:

Step 1: The applicant may visit and apply online at the I-Khedut Portal.
Step 2: Click on 'Login' from the top right-hand side, then click on "Beneficiary Registration" and select any one from the 'Farmer' or 'Institutional' or 'Except For the Farmer' as the Beneficiary Type.
Step 3: Select the District, Taluka, and Village, choose 'what type of account holder you are?', enter your Account Number and Name, solve the Captcha, and click 'Save and Next'.
Step 4: Enter your Mobile Number and Email address, click 'Send OTP', enter the received OTP, create and confirm a Password, solve the Captcha, and click 'Submit'.
> Login Process:

Step 1: The applicant may visit and apply online at the I-Khedut Portal.
Step 2: Click on 'Login' from the top right-hand side of the homepage. On the home page, click on ‘Schemes’ and then click on ‘Agricultural Schemes’.
Step 3: Now select the scheme, click on the ‘Apply’ button, and an application page will open.
Step 4: Click on the "Apply New" button and submit a new application.
Step 5: Click on the "Update Application" button to add corrections to the application.
Step 6: Once the application is done, confirm it.
Step 7: Take a printout of the confirmed application.
