Details

The Scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Tribes through the establishment of Scheduled Tribes Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies in the state. These societies, which are registered under the Co-operative Act, provide loans to their members who belong to Scheduled Tribes. To ensure the effective functioning of these societies, it is essential to appoint knowledgeable managers for accounting and administration. However, due to financial constraints, these societies often struggle to pay competitive salaries. Therefore, the scheme provides managerial support and assistance for computer furniture to enhance their operational capabilities.
