Details
The objective of the scheme is to increase the prevalence of local indigenous varieties of cotton in the state, encourage farmers to produce foundation/certified seeds, and provide easy access to certified seeds to farmers.

Eligibility
All farmers are eligible to apply, regardless of gender, profession, education, or social and economic status.
