Scheme of Awarding Eklavya Award, Sardar Patel Award and Jaidipsinhji Awardj

The "Scheme of awarding Eklavya Award, Sardar Patel Award and Jaidipsinhji Award" by the Sports, Youth, and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat aims to recognize and incentivize the outstanding achievements of sportspersons by providing financial rewards across senior and junior categories based on their performances at state, national, and international levels. The scheme is implemented by the Sports Authority of Gujarat.

1. Eklavya Senior Award: ₹1,00,000/-. 1. Eklavya Junior Award: ₹50,000/-. 1. Sardar Patel Senior Award: ₹50,000/-. 1. Sardar Patel Junior Award: ₹25,000/-. 1. Jaidipsinhji Senior Award: ₹20,000/-. 1. Jaidipsinhji Junior Award: ₹10,000/-.

1. The applicant should be a male
2. The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
3. The applicant must have made notable achievements in sports at the state, national, or international level.

Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the homepage of the Sports Authority of Gujarat.
Step 2: Click on the “Registration” button on the upper-right side of the page.
Step 3: Fill in all the required details as per the form and submit it.

Application Process:

Step 1: After registration, check your registered email for login credentials.
Step 2: Select “Player” as the user type and log in using the credentials received.
Step 3: Click on the concerned scheme name and proceed with the application.
