The scheme "Scheme for Granting Assistance to Processing Units in APMC (General Area)" by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to encourage establishment of agro and food processing units in the general areas of Agricultural Produce Market Committees (APMCs) to increase farmers’ income, reduce post-harvest losses, generate employment opportunities, and improve supply chain efficiencies.   • - Variable Grant Amount: The grant percentage is tailored to the needs of different market committees, offering 25% for & 39;A& 39; and & 39;B& 39; class committees and 50% for & 39;C& 39; and & 39;D& 39; class committees.- Maximum Assistance: The maximum financial assistance provided under the scheme is capped at ₹1,50,00,000/-, ensuring substantial support for eligible projects

Application Process

Offline

Step 1: The interested applicant should prepare the application on plain paper.

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the District Registrar's Office.
