Details

This scheme aims to provide affordable prices for farmers' produce, increase the income of market committees, and ensure consumers receive high-quality grains at low prices. It also seeks to control black market activities, demonetization effects, and artificial price hikes.

Benefits

  • - Class A and Class B market committees are eligible for 50% assistance (up to ₹1.5 crore) of the total project cost
  • Class C and Class D market committees are eligible for 90% assistance (up to ₹1.5 crore) of the total project cost
  • Class A and Class B market committees are eligible for 50% assistance (up to ₹1.5 crore) of the total project cost.
  • Class C and Class D market committees are eligible for 90% assistance (up to ₹1.5 crore) of the total project cost.

Eligibility

Co-operative institutes across the state can apply. There are no individual or family income limits, and the scheme is open to all genders.
