Details
The Scheduled Caste Pre-Matric Scholarship is provided to students belonging to the Scheduled Caste category who are studying in government or private schools from class 9 to 10. The scheme aims to support these students financially to continue their education.

- One-time grant of ₹750per year for students

Eligibility
- The student must belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
- The student must be a regular student in class 9 to 10 in schools run by the central government, state government, or municipalities, or in schools recognized by the education department.
- The annual income of the student's parents or guardian should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh.
- The student should not be receiving any other scholarship or financial assistance from central, state, or public sources for their studies.
- The student must not have failed in the previous academic year. If the student fails in any examination, their scholarship will be suspended, but if they pass in the subsequent examination, they will be eligible for the scholarship in the next academic session. They will need to reapply for the scholarship.
- The student should not be residing in hostels run or funded by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
Exclusions
Students residing in hostels run or funded by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment are not eligible.

To apply, students must obtain the application form from the school where they are studying. The application must be submitted to the same school along with the required documents:
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Jan Aadhar/Bhamashah Card
- Aadhar Card
