The SATFERA SAMUHLANG (DCW) EBC scheme provides financial assistance to newly married couples from socially and educationally backward classes and economically backward classes. An incentive amount of Rs. 12,000 is given to each couple, while organizing organizations receive Rs. 3,000 per article, up to a maximum of Rs. 75,000. The annual income limit for eligibility is set at Rs. 6.00 lakh.
