Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
- The applicant should be a women.
- The applicant age should be between 20–40 years.
- The applicant or her dependent must not be:
- Permanently employed in central/state government or public sector enterprises.
- Retired government employees or pension recipients.
- An income tax payer.
Application Process
Offline
Registration:
- Visit the nearest Anganwadi center to register for the scheme.
- Provide valid identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).
- Submit a self-declaration form for eligibility confirmation.
Verification:
- Anganwadi workers will verify the details and register beneficiaries.
- Women without Aadhaar will be assisted in obtaining it, while alternative IDs will be accepted temporarily.
Distribution:
- Beneficiaries will receive sanitary pads during quarterly Village Health, Sanitation, and Nutrition Day (VHSND) programs.
- Anganwadi workers will maintain stock and beneficiary records.
