The scheme aims to promote public participation in education by forming SMC/SMDC in all government schools to actively engage the community in educational activities.

Eligibility
- The members of the local community shall be eligible under this scheme.
- SMC/SMDC are formed in all government schools to actively involve the community in education.
- The regular training programs for SMC/SMDC members are conducted by the DIET.
- Under Samudayik Sahbhagita, outstanding and innovative work in the field of education is promoted through documentary films, banners, flexes, and radio broadcasts.
Application Process
Offline
At the commencement of the academic session, SMC/SMDC is constituted at the school level, and during the entire session, quarterly meetings of SMC/SMDC members are organized.
