The Samar Camp is organized under the Khel Gujarat initiative, where Khel Mahakumbha, the Center of Excellence (COE), the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), and other talented sportspersons conduct summer camps during the summer vacation at Taluka, District, and State levels. The program aims to enhance the physical capabilities of athletes through scientific assessments and expert coaching.
