Eligibility

  1. The applicant should be a Student.
  2. The applicant should be from a Scheduled Caste.
  3. The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
  4. The applicant should be enrolled in a recognized institution.

*The applicant should note that there is no income limit for admission to senior hostels.

Application Process

Application

Step 1: Obtain the application form from the Divisional District Office or the Designated Hostel.
Step 2: Fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the completed application to the concerned hostel within the stipulated deadline fixed by the District President. Ensure the application is forwarded by the Head of the Institution before submission.

Verification and Approval

Step 1: The concerned Divisional District Officer will verify the application and supporting documents.
Step 12: Upon approval, admission will be granted based on hostel capacity and compliance with prerequisites.

Timeline

Applications must be submitted within one month after the date fixed for admission in schools.
