The scheme is applicable only to students enrolled in regular mode at government, private, or aided technical institutions approved by the Technical Education Department, Haryana. Eligibility

  • The applicant should be a Scheduled Caste student of Haryana.
  • The student should be enrolled in an AICTE-approved Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate technical course, including Diploma from Polytechnics, D-Pharmacy, B-Pharmacy, B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., Ph.D. in Engineering subjects, MBA, or MCA.
  • The applicant should be pursuing an AICTE-approved course in a government, private, or aided technical institution approved by the Technical Education Department, Haryana.
  • The applicant should be admitted through centralized counselling.
  • The applicant’s annual parental income should be between ₹2.5 lakh and ₹3.5 lakh for tuition fee reimbursement.
  • The applicant should not be residing in a campus hostel to be eligible for transport facility reimbursement.

Exclusions

  1. The applicant should not be a resident of a campus hostel for transport facility reimbursement.
  2. The applicant should not be pursuing a technical course through distance education or part-time mode.

Registration Process:
Step 1: Click the Registration link at the Portal, if you are a new user. Existing users can click on the login button.
Step 2: Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family Id), and a List of members will be displayed, Select your Name and Click on the "Generate OTP" button.
Step 3: Enter the OTP received on your registered Mobile Number and Click on the "Verify OTP" button.
Step 4: After OTP Verification, all the details get auto-filled in the Registration Form, cross-check your information.
Step 5: Select Your Department and College, create your Password, and click on the "Register" Button.
Application Process:
Step 1: Click the login link at the Portal and enter your User ID and password to apply for the scholarship.
Step 2: Check eligibility for the scholarship and select the scholarship scheme.
Step 3: Click on the “Apply” button and provide all necessary details like Course, Roll No., Eligibility, etc.
Step 4: Save your application and then submit the application form after careful verification.
Application Tracking:
The students can check their Scholarship Application Status using their details like their Aadhaar Number, Academic Session, and scheme applied for.
