Details

The Regular Skill Training Programme (RSTP) is a short-term livelihoods-based initiative that has been the foundation of skill development efforts in Rajasthan since 2005-06. The scheme has been revised to provide skill training to unemployed women, youth, eunuchs (MTH), persons with special abilities (PSA), inmates of jails, juvenile homes, and Nari Niketans, facilitating their self-employment or the establishment of entrepreneurial enterprises or wage employment for livelihood generation. Skill Development Centres (SDC) are designated to conduct these training programs.

Unemployed women, youth, eunuchs (MTH), persons with special abilities (PSA), inmates of jails, juvenile homes, and Nari Niketans in Rajasthan.
