- Upon receiving the funds, the Dairy Cooperative Society/Dairy Department’s Purchase Society informs the beneficiary and accompanies them to purchase animals from department-listed dairy farms outside the state. The Purchase Society selects and purchases the animals, inspects their health, and delivers them to the owner’s home. The owner does not have to pay any money to departmental personnel.
- If the beneficiary is not satisfied with the animals from the listed firm, they must notify the relevant District Manager in writing. After receiving permission, the Purchase Society will provide animals from an alternative source outside the state.
