Details

The Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund provides financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses for non-BPL patients in the state. Eligible individuals can receive support for conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease/transplant, and cancer at recognized government and private hospitals. Assistance is granted based on the annual family income, which should not exceed 2 lakh rupees, including the income of adult sons. The application must be submitted to the Chief Minister's office, and assistance is approved from the date of application receipt. If treatment packages are not available under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, assistance from the Relief Fund is provided. The application process requires specific documents, and assistance is calculated based on the lower of the CGHS rates or hospital rates.

Exclusions

Assistance is not provided after the patient is discharged or if the application is submitted post-treatment.
