The “Quality Test Report” scheme is implemented by the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP), Selaqui, Dehradun, under the Department of Horticulture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide quality testing facilities at a subsidized rate to registered aromatic farmers, enabling them to obtain authentic quality reports for their produce or essential oils.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
- The farmer must be engaged in the cultivation of aromatic plants.
- The farmer must be registered with the Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP), Selaqui, Dehradun.

Offline
Farmers must submit a sample of the oil they have produced to CAP along with the prescribed fee, after which a quality test report will be issued. It is mandatory for the farmer to visit the CAP office in person to submit the sample.
