The Promotion of Organic Farming under State Organic Policy, initiated by the Agriculture and Co-operation Department of Gujarat, supports farmers in adopting organic practices by providing financial assistance for registration, certification, and transportation of organic inputs.   • - Organic Farming Registration and Certification Assistance (GOPCA): The scheme provides 75% at-source assistance in cost to the farmer for registration and certification when undertaken through the Gujarat Organic Products Certification Agency (GOPCA).- Organic Farming Registration, Certification, and Transportation Assistance (APEDA-approved agencies): When certification is done through APEDA-approved organic certification agencies, the scheme offers 50% assistance in registration, certification, and transportation fees. The maximum benefit for certification support is limited to ₹2,000/- per hectare.- Input Assistance for Organic Farming: Farmers are also eligible for input assistance amounting to ₹5,000/- per hectare to promote organic farming practices

> Registration Process:

Step 1: The applicant may visit and apply online at the I-Khedut Portal.
Step 2: Click on 'Login' from the top right-hand side, then click on "Beneficiary Registration" and select any one from the 'Farmer' or 'Institutional' or 'Except For the Farmer' as the Beneficiary Type.
Step 3: Select the District, Taluka, and Village, choose 'what type of account holder you are?', enter your Account Number and Name, solve the Captcha, and click 'Save and Next'.
Step 4: Enter your Mobile Number and Email address, click 'Send OTP', enter the received OTP, create and confirm a Password, solve the Captcha, and click 'Submit'.
> Login Process:

Step 1: The applicant may visit and apply online at the I-Khedut Portal.
Step 2: Click on 'Login' from the top right-hand side of the homepage. On the home page, click on ‘Schemes’ and then click on ‘Agricultural Schemes’.
Step 3: Now select the scheme, click on the ‘Apply’ button, and an application page will open.
Step 4: Click on the "Apply New" button and submit a new application.
Step 5: Click on the "Update Application" button to add corrections to the application.
Step 6: Once the application is done, confirm it.
