The "Prak Pariksha Prashikshan Kendra" is an initiative launched by the Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department, Bihar, aimed at supporting underprivileged candidates aspiring to appear for competitive exams. It offers free coaching for exams like Civil Services, SSC, and others. The program includes expert guidance, study materials, and mentoring, enabling candidates to prepare effectively and achieve their career goals.

Eligibility
- The student must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
- The student must belong to the Backward Class or Extremely Backward Class.
- The maximum annual income of the student or their guardian, from all sources, should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.
- The student’s age and minimum educational qualifications must meet the eligibility criteria for the competitive exam related to the respective course.
Application Process

Step-1: Download the application form.
Step-2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step-3: The application must be submitted to the concerned Director, Pre-Exam Training Center, via registered mail or speed post. Applicants may also personally submit the application form at the office of the concerned Pre-Exam Training Center (Refer page no 3 of the Guidelines to see the training center list).
