Details

Launched by the Government of India under the Atmanirbhar Bharat program in 2020-21, the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) aims to promote the development of fisheries and aquaculture in states. This scheme incorporates the previously operated Blue Revolution scheme. The funding for the grants provided under this scheme is shared between the central and state governments in a 60:40 ratio.
