- Eligible women must register at the nearest Anganwadi Center (AWC) within 150 days of their Last Menstrual Period (LMP).
- After six months of pregnancy, the beneficiary can claim the second installment by submitting Claim Form 1B at the AWC, along with a copy of the MCP card and at least one Ante-Natal Checkup (ANC) report, and Claim Form 1A. The claim for the second installment can be made after 180 days of pregnancy.
- To claim the third installment, the beneficiary must submit a duly filled form along with the child's birth registration, ID proof, and a copy of the MCP card (indicating that the child has received initial vaccinations for BCG, OPV, and Pentavalent).
