Details
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojna, beneficiaries listed in the SECC-2011 who have Kuchha houses or are houseless are provided financial assistance for house construction. This is a centrally sponsored scheme with a funding ratio of 60:40 between the Central and State Governments. The scheme has been implemented since November 20, 2016. Each beneficiary receives financial assistance of Rs. 120,000 for house construction and Rs. 12,000 for constructing a toilet.

Eligibility

To apply, individuals need to submit the application form on plain paper to the Talati cum Minister at the Gram Panchayat office. Required attachments include Aadhar Card, Age Proof, Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque, and Ration Card.
